| Hanoi Arrival
| On arrival at the airport, pick up upon arrival and transfer to the city for hotel check-in. If time permits, cyclo ride tours around Hanoi old quarters. Night in Hanoi.

| | Day 02: |
| Hanoi Cooking - City tour (Breakfast, Lunch) - Joined cooking | Today, after the breakfast, we will trasfer to the cooking class for meeting point. Free and start getting kitted out in your chef's outfit whilst our chef talks you through today's dishes. Then our chef will lead you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavours. After that, back cooking class and Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home. In the afternoon, spend time for visit Ho Chi Minh Museum, then One pillar pagoda, after that, back Temple of literature for the first Vietnam University. Night in Hanoi.

| Hanoi - Halong (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) - Join on Junk
| Today, we will depart for Halong Bay in an air-conditioned shuttle bus from 8:00 – 8:30. Arrive in Halong around 12:30pm. The crew welcomes you on board the Junk. Enjoy welcome drink, check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served at 1:30pm. Starting cruise into mystic Halong Bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations: Incense Burner, Finger Islet, Fighting Cock, Stone Dog… Stop for visit Sung Sot cave to discover the stalactite and stalagmite figures created. After that, spend a time for leisure for swimimng or kayaking.. There will be traditional games available for evening entertainment. Dinner and overnight on junk.

| Ha Long - Ha Noi (Breakfast, Lunch) - Join on Junk | Enjoy sunrise in the bay with a cup of tea or coffee with light breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. After breakfast take 1 hour walking around one of the biggest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Amazing Cave, Titop Island (if time available) Check out from 10:00 to 10:30. Cruising back to the jetty while brunch is served from 10:30 to 11:30. We continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Board arrives at harbor by 12:00 for the drive back to Hanoi..
